If you have volunteered (or have been asked to volunteer) to be a team manager for a Recreation team, then this is where you will find all of the necessary information you’ll need to run a successful team. Our managers are asked to: collect signed medical releases for each player, provide game day rosters, maintain up to date contact information and disseminate information to all of their team members. Team managers perform an essential job as liaison between their team and the club. Our ISC volunteers do a great job and we appreciate your time, patience and effort. On behalf of our players, parents, coaches and the entire ISC staff and board, “Thank You”.
As a manager for an ISC Recreation team, you will support the volunteer coach by maintaining current contact information for all parents and players on the team. The initial info will be provided within the registration software and team page for your team. All coaches and team managers must register so a background check is generated. Once cleared ISC staff can add you to the team and you will then be able to print the roster as needed.
All registration information will be handled by your Recreation Coordinator, Rozana Knutson. If you have any questions regarding your team, feel free to contact Rozana at email@example.com.
Recreation players do not need player cards for the regular season. If your team (U11-U18) plans on participating in the State Cup you will need player cards.
Recreation teams, generally, do not need an official roster. If you are participating in a tournament that requires one, please contact your program coordinator.
Game Day Roster
Game day rosters are typically provided to the referees prior to the start of a match. U-12 to U18 Recreation teams are required to fill out a game day roster. Each league has its own form, so please check either the leagues’ website or contact their administrator to obtain the forms. Links to various leagues can be found at the bottom of this page.
Medical Release and Concussion Compliance
All Recreation teams should have copies of the players’ medical release waivers at each game in the event of an emergency.
